When you place a Thanksgiving order, we collect the contact, order, and pickup information needed to fulfill it. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by this website.
How we use information
We use information to process and support orders, coordinate pickup, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers and staff access
Order information may be available to authorized market and Stoltzfus Poultry staff and to service providers that operate the website, payments, email, hosting, and the staff order board. WooCommerce remains the authoritative order record. We do not sell customer information.
Retention
Order and contact records are retained only as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We keep them for 24 months.
Security and choices
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, but no online system is risk-free. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact the market and include enough information for us to identify the relevant record. Never send payment card details by email.
